Caro brings a unique lens to the team, fueled by their time at working for universities and non-profits, their language training, and their graduate studies at Indiana University and the University of Washington. They’re equally comfortable behind a lens as they are going down information rabbit holes. If there’s a story to be told, Caro has the technical chops and the creative vision to bring it to life.

Visual Designer by day and longevity enthusiast by night, Jen brings Parsons-polished precision and "war room" grit to every project. She specializes in crafting high-impact visual identities and intentional brand stories that command attention—even under the pressure of an all-night session. While she’s a tactical expert at distilling data into winning pitch decks, her true obsession is the pursuit of intuitive, flawless design. When she isn’t optimizing pixels, she’s likely optimizing her own biology, hunting down nutrient-dense eats and the latest wellness research.

As part of the social media team, Karuna believes social media has the power to bring people together through shared experiences and foster communities where people feel seen, supported, and informed, especially within the health and wellness space. She strongly believes in empowering people to advocate for their health and make informed decisions about their well-being. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and exploring hobbies that fuel her creativity and inspiration.
